The Psi Beta Chapter of Kappa Delta Rho was founded and officially charted at East Stroudsburg University on April 26th, 1996. This gentlemen's fraternity aims to develop gentlemen of honor through core values: Scholarship, Leadership, Fellowship, Service, and Tradition, aiming for lifelong character development, academic excellence, and community contribution
Honor above all things. The brothers of Kappa Delta Rho supports each other and the community through a number of Community Service and Philanthropy initiatives.
